PartyBulkMart is a wholesale party supplies platform dealing in balloons, foil banners, balloon accessories, decoration products, and related party products. Our products are mainly intended for retailers, decorators, event planners, resellers, and bulk buyers.

2. Product Information

We try our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, sizes, colors, and pricing. However, slight variations in product color, packaging, print, or design may occur due to photography, screen settings, batch changes, or supplier updates.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Prices may change without prior notice depending on stock availability, import cost, supplier pricing, or market conditions. Bulk pricing and wholesale rates may vary based on quantity.

4. Order Acceptance

Once an order or enquiry is placed, our team may contact you for confirmation, availability, payment details, and dispatch timeline. PartyBulkMart reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing error, incorrect details, or unavoidable business reasons.

5. Payment Terms

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. For wholesale orders, advance payment may be required before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We provide Pan India shipping through available courier or transport partners. Delivery timelines depend on location, courier service, transport availability, and external factors. Delays caused by courier, weather, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

7. Product Usage

Products should be used carefully and as per normal party decoration usage. Balloons, sprays, pumps, candles, and related products should be kept away from children without adult supervision, heat, fire, and sharp objects.

8. Limitation of Liability

PartyBulkMart shall not be responsible for indirect loss, business loss, loss of profit, courier delays, or damage caused by incorrect usage of products.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, banners, content, and website materials belong to PartyBulkMart/Guruji Traders or respective brand owners. They cannot be copied or reused without permission.
